Westminster - Week 33

Hello everyone!
This last week I got my new companion whose name is Elder Hunt! It is crazy because I came out of the MTC with his cousin and even was at the MTC with his little brother. He’s actually a little older than me because he had to wait a little bit to go on his Mission because of some medical stuff. He has Cystic Fibrosis which is the same disease that the other Elder Hunt from my MTC district had (Cystic Fibrosis is caused by a recessive genetic mutation, so it seems to run in the Hunt Family). He is all cool and really healthy though. So it’s been a lot like the first week of last transfer; getting to know people and practicing our missionary skills. Elder Hunt has an awesome drive for missionary work. We have had some positive experiences tracking and Elder Hunt even gave a Book of Mormon to a cashier at a 7-Eleven. Our ward mission leader said he had to earn his dinner that night by giving away a pass along card but instead Elder Hunt decided on giving a Book of Mormon. It was a really cool experience. Elder Hunt totally had a spiritual high/ adrenalin rush at the same time when he handed out the Book of Mormon. It was pretty sweet and cool to see how he handled it. Well we need to deep clean our car today for inspections this week and people are waiting. I hope everything is going great and I miss you all! Talk to you later!
